Dorkinians 5-1 Albury Eagles
Just like to thank the boys for a really gutsy performance today. We played the whole match with 10 men as we still hadn’t received the paperwork from the league for our new goalkeeper. We battled hard with Dorking but with 10 men on the field and Chris Caley picking up a groin injury and having to hobble through the whole second half it was always going to be an uphill task. We did make a few chances but couldn’t get the boost of a vital goal until 10 minutes from time. Dorking led 3-0 to that point then Harvey Owen was put through rounded the keeper to make it 3-1.but with only minutes to go we conceded 2 late goals making the score 5-1 to Dorking. The Dorking manager agreed that they were really flattered and that our boys should be commended for a battling performance. Man of the match award goes to the whole team this week for their efforts.

Albury Eagles 6-0 Brockham Badgers B
This week we played with no subs. The boys were certainly up for this game taking control early, Archie Neve opening the scoring after a corner was whipped in from Dan Cannon. A second was added by Harry Good. Dan contributed with a brace of goals then supplied a great cross for Sam Charlesworth to volley his first goal for Albury. We then started to tire as the game went on and William Walker made a couple of great saves to keep a well deserved clean sheet. In the last minute, Harry glanced a great header to make it six.

Albury Eagles 5 – 3 Storrington Vipers
Albury Eagles under 12s produced a storming second-half comeback to beat Storrington Vipers at the Heath on Saturday to remain joint leaders in the Horsham and District youth B league. Albury's winning ways looked under serious threat when, in the 15th minute, Storrington took the lead and although Nathanael Farrant netted an equalizer for the Eagles, Storrington retook the lead just before half time. However, two goals in the second half turned this scintillating game on its head. David Hearn's strike was all his own work, a long-range piledriver which was unstoppable, then David went on to win a penalty for the Eagles which Tom Cantoni converted from the spot. Two goals were added by Christopher Brooks further into the game, which left no way back for Storrington. NeilMarshall U11s
